What materials do you use?
I use premium latex and foil brands (Tuftex, Qualatex, Sempertex, Kalisan, and Gemar, to name a few), which incur a higher cost than DIY kits on Amazon or Pinterest that are not only made with awful chemicals but are low-quality products.
Installations require several sizes of balloons: 5 inches, 11 inches, 17 inches, 24 inches, and 36 inches. Also, several materials are required to install each design, such as hooks, tapes, hanging wire, and shine products.
Can you create a garland from an Amazon/Shein/Pinterest kit that I purchased?
I take pride in my reputation for using only high-quality materials, including biodegradable balloons. Unfortunately, Amazon/Shein/Pinterest Kits do not meet quality standards, and I cannot associate my name using those kits.
Why do you charge Delivery, Installation and Break down fee?
My delivery charges are calculated based on the distance traveled. This allows me to cater to customers in various locations within the Long Island Area. Installation and Breakdown takes time and labor hours. Therefore it cannot be free.
Are Premium Balloons (Double stuffed and chrome balloons) cost the same as regular ones?
Double-stuffed balloons are considered premium due to the use of double the amount of balloons and the increased labor time required to work with them. The chrome balloons are more expensive than the regular ones. Therefore they are pricey different
What do I need to book a decoration with you?
I will draft a detailed proposal for approval. From there, you'll pay your deposit (30% of your total), and your event will be scheduled. Planning then begins! We will provide all items listed on your proposal and complete your installation.
I require at least 15 days before the event for a booking, as I will have to order your balloons.
